Urgent Appointments
We will continue to use our telephone first system for those requesting an Urgent appointment. Your AccuRx triage form will be looked at by a GP by the end of the next working day, but usually the same day. Patients are triaged by a Clinician by telephone in the first instance and if they need to be seen in the surgery, an appointment will be arranged.

We will accept appointment requests on the telephone and from walk-in requests where appropriate, with priority given to certain groups of people eg, parents of young children, over 75 yr olds and vulnerable patients. The Reception teams will ask patients a set of questions prior to making appointments to ensure patients are directed to the appropriate healthcare professional or service. Please note; you are likely to get an earlier appointment when using the Online Triage Form above.
Online appointments are available if you have set up your patient access account - please below;
Please ensure your Practice has up to date contact details for you, including mobile telephone numbers where available. This is so clinical staff and reception teams can contact you urgently if needed.
*All telephone calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes*

They are not walk-in centres and you will need to book an appointment- these can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Please note that both of Walsall’s urgent care centres and its A&E department will still be open as normal for people to use in serious or life threatening emergencies.
For absolute emergency, you can dial 999 and ask for the Ambulance Service. The Accident & Emergency Department is located at The Manor Hospital. Telephone Number 01922 721172.
Home Visits
Requests for home visits should be made before 11.00am (except in an emergency), by telephone or in person at reception. Please keep in mind that the Doctors can see several patients in the surgery in the same time as it takes to make a home visit. Hence, please attend the surgery whenever possible.
